Nice large room. Good shower., Nice toiletries.Seemed to be fully booked but was quiet. Had a cooked breakfast not great for $34 . My husband had cereal and tea and was charged $34 ..didn't pick the charge up till email later. A bit out of the way but not far from shops.

Very big rooms. Suited for families.. Location suited for its purpose - wedding reception. Not far from Castle Hill Towers shopping mall. Popular over the weekend. Very good wedding reception service staff. Food was very very good. Plenty of parking available with EV car chargers for in house guests. Very updated. Paid self laundry facilities available too. Great for travellers long on the road. Highly recommended if in the area.

I think this is a well run hotel and the rooms were super comfortable with nice pillows and nice amenities. The pool isn’t heated (at all!), so was freezing like Victoria freezing when we swam mid September. I guess I’d like a bit of heating to be honest as my children were excited to go in the pool and basically you turned blue after a minute. The location is pretty ordinary, but I guess guests stay there for some reason? For us close to family. If it wasn’t I’d stay elsewhere as the location is right on a busy road and just the area is not great. We got there after driving for 9 hours and wanted to sleep well but the air con was broken. So we all spent a night sweltering and did not sleep at all well. Now that was disappointing!!! We did say something the next day he said we had to call and have them reset from the main office. But we got back from dinner at 10 so they couldn’t have anyhow. For the bad night’s sleep I’ll give this hotel a bad rating.

Rooms were clean and quite comfortable, reasonably modern. Not too noisy outside considering it's a very busy commercial area. Desk service is probably not the friendliest around, but fine to deal with. In-house restaurant was eye wateringly expensive considering the quality of the food and service. I'd recommend eating else where or getting room service for much better value.

Lot of well appointed rooms with a little old plumbing, TV did not have cable and since it was late they could not get anyone to fix it However they did offer complementary breakfast with an apology for the inconvenience. Very friendly staff and breakfast was great. Beds were really comfortable and airconditioning worked great. Room had a fridge and ironing board with a seating area where a work desk, couch and coffee table were snugly placed.. a great alarm clock with iPhone charger inbuilt and free wifi.. all in all a great place to stay.. also did I mention they have a very nice outdoor swimming pool.

Quaint and charming, with modestly appointed (if dated) rooms. Spacious with two beds (queen and single), a two-seater sofa, medium-sized coffee table, and full-sized desk with chair. The bathroom is large as well, albeit dated in design. Reception was cheery and welcoming, and we were looking forward to the heated swimming pool, but the heater was not functioning during our visit.

Had a private function in The Library. Everyone as perfect and my family enjoyed it very much. I wanted to give a special shout out to Jhye who was working out function. He was outstanding and made sure everyone was looked after, did a fantastic job. Thanks

We only dined. The restaurant service was appropriate for the establishment. The service was not rushed like a fast food hall, nor was it too slow. The dishes (we ordered) were delicious, and the serves were ample.
